Koroner Bypass Ameliyatı Nedir?
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatı (CABG), kalbi besleyen koroner damarların tıkanması veya daralması sonucunda, damarların tıkalı olan bölgesinin ilerisine vücudun başka bir bölgesinden alınan damarlarla köprüleme yapılması işlemidir. Bu işlem, kalp krizi riskini azaltmak ve kalp yetmezliğini önlemek için yapılır.
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatının Nedenleri
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatı, aşağıdaki durumlarda gerekebilir:
* Kalp krizi geçirmiş olmak
* Koroner arter hastalığı (CAD) olmak
* Anjina pektoris (kalbe giden kan akışında azalma nedeniyle göğüste ağrı veya sıkışma hissetme) olmak
* Kalp yetmezliği olmak
* Koroner damarlarda tıkanıklık veya daralma olması
* Koroner damarlarda balon veya stent takılmasına rağmen şikayetlerin devam etmesi
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatının Riskleri
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatı, her ameliyatta olduğu gibi riskli bir işlemdir. Bu riskler, hastanın genel sağlık durumu ve ameliyatın kapsamına göre değişebilir. Genel olarak, koroner bypass ameliyatının riskleri şunlardır:

Koroner bypass ameliyatı, genel anestezi altında yapılır. Ameliyatta, hastanın göğüs kafesi açılır ve kalp durdurulur. Daha sonra, kalpten çıkan koroner damarların tıkalı olan bölgelerinin ilerisine, vücudun başka bir bölgesinden alınan damarlarla köprüleme yapılır. Köprülenen damarlar, kanın tıkalı olan bölgeye ulaşmasını sağlar. Ameliyattan sonra, kalp yeniden çalıştırılır ve göğüs kafesi kapatılır.
Koroner Bypass Ameliyatının Sonrası
Koroner bypass ameliyatından sonra, hasta birkaç gün yoğun bakımda kalır. Bu süre zarfında, hastanın kan basıncı, nabzı, solunumu ve kalp fonksiyonları yakından izlenir. Ameliyattan sonra, hastanın ağrı kesici ilaçlar kullanması gerekebilir. Ayrıca, hastanın solunum egzersizleri yapması ve yürüyüş yapması önerilir.
Koroner bypass ameliyatından sonra, hastanın yaşam kalitesinde önemli bir iyileşme görülür. Hasta, daha az ağrı hisseder ve daha fazla aktivite yapabilir. Ayrıca, kalp krizi ve kalp yetmezliği riski azalır.
