Gazi Hastanesi Çocuk Kardiyolojisi Bölümü olarak; deneyimli ve alanında uzman doktorumuz ve ileri teknoloji cihazlarımız ile 0-18 yaş aralığındaki bebek ve çocuklarda doğuştan var olan veya sonradan gelişen kalp ve damar rahatsızlıklarının tanı ve tedavisi için hizmet vermekteyiz.
Çocuk kardiyolojisi; anne karnından başlayarak çocukların 18 yaşına kadar var olan veya sonradan gelişen kalp rahatsızlıkları ve hastalıklarının tanı ve tedavisi ile ilgilenmektedir. Anne karnında kalp oluşumunun tamamlanmasından itibaren bebek ve çocukların kalp ve damar sağlığına odaklanan bu bölüm için hastalıkların erken tanı ve tedavisi oldukça önemlidir.
Çocuk Kardiyolojisi Bölümü’nde başlıca hizmet verdiğimiz hastalıklar:
- Bebeklerde morarma,
- Solunum güçlükleri,
- Göğüs ağrısı,
- Çabuk yorulma,
- Bayılma,
- Çarpıntı,
- Kilo alamama,
- Hipertansiyon,
- Gelişme bozukluğu.
Yukarıda belirtilen semptomların gözlemlendiği çocuklar mutlaka bir çocuk kardiyologu tarafından muayene edilmeli ve semptomlar için gerekli tetkikleri yapılmalıdır.
